2015-Spring Semester Admissions of Graduate School for Prospective International Students

Application	· Delivery of the application form : from November 03, 2014 to the end of the application dead-line · Submission : until December 01, 2014 (Office of International Cooperation)  - Please be sure that all the application materials are enclosed.  - The original copy should be sent by EMS and soft copy should be sent by email (cieca@andong.ac.kr) until the application dead-line.
Confirmation of the submission	· Confirmation letter will be sent to the applicant’s email address
Notification of Acceptance	· “Certificate of Admission” will be issued and sent to the postal address of successful candidates after;  - verification of your documents by the Office of International Cooperation and  - determination after screening by professors of department. · Date of issuance : December 10, 2014
Visa Application	· Period : Right after receive the original copy of the “Certificate of Admission” · Place : Consulate Office of the Korean Embassy · Required documents : Certificate of Admission, Visa application form and other documents those the Korean Embassy required ※ Chinese applicants will be issued by the “Certificate of Visa Issuance”. This will take one month.
Arrival	· Arrival Period : February 28 ~ March 01, 2015 ※ Flight ticket have to be sent to the International office two weeks prior to the arrival. · Visit the International Office : March 02, 2015 - Confirmation of registration, Orientation - Alien registration, Issuance of student’s ID, etc.
